The last pull request was 3 month ago #1868. Since then RenovateBot stopped updating samples/snippets/pom.xml. This was the cause of the troubleshooting in googleapis/synthtool#1844.

The latest libraries-bom is 26.27.0 but
https://github.com/googleapis/java-bigtable/blob/0827252a1f20f847330998a6224d49146a41931a/samples/snippets/pom.xml#L32C21-L32C34 is still 26.25.0.
