Describe the problem

I want to be able to subscribe to an event that fires when the system theme (light/dark mode) is changed so that I can style my app and system tray accordingly.

Describe the solution you'd like

My understanding is TAO already supports this at least on windows? so perhaps that could be exposed in tauri.
