Creating pull request to enhance the big table beam import pipeline to support following features:

  • Importing multiple snapshots in the same pipeline into corresponding BigTable tables
  • Handle parallelization of Skewed regions to enhance performance
  • Configuring additional BigTable configuration

Fixes #4070
